Small Town Hardware Retail Store in Southeast Indiana

Imagine living and working in a small quaint midwestern town where you are one of the major retail stores in town. You carry everything everyone needs in town because you are the "go-to" establishment to get everything from a package of screws to a plumbing fitting to a generator and a load of lumber. You're the only game in town. Although there are similar hardware stores in other small towns, the closest Lowe's, Home Depot or Menards is 30 miles away. That was really the marketing strategy of Ace Hardware, although this business we have available is NOT an Ace Hardware, but rather an independent hardware retail store with a history unlike almost any other store in Indiana.
