Chad Galloway

Chad Galloway, born and raised in Seymour, IN, and longtime resident of the Geist Reservoir area, Chad brings over two decades of local business experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Chad’s professional journey began in the implantable medical device industry where he held several roles within the sales and marketing leadership. This experience gave Chad exposure to different business disciplines within large scale companies, P&L management, top-line revenue strategies, M&A, and business development.
Chad enjoys helping companies with developing commercial strategies to help increase top line revenues, problem solve, and ultimately improve business income statements. In the last ten years, he has an extensive experience in entrepreneurship, including investment and acquisition of small to medium sized manufacturing companies, commercial real estate, intellectual property, licensing, and selling of his own businesses. Chad has real life experience in large to small scale acquisition, growing multiple businesses positioning them for sale. He remains actively involved with ownership in other businesses including the carwash industry, manufacturing, and commercial real estate ventures. Chad takes pride in his exceptional communication skills, trustworthiness, and analytical approach to deal-making. He ensures successful completion of transactions by carefully understanding the goals of his clients and leveraging his network, resources, and experience in assuring client expectations are met. Chad has three children, active member at Geist Christian Church, International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), and enjoys pickleball and golfing in his spare time.
