Randy brings nearly four decades of hands on entrepreneurial leadership to the business brokerage profession, drawing from a career spent building, scaling, acquiring, and selling companies across multiple industries. As a founder, CEO, COO, and strategic advisor, he has navigated organizations through every stage of the business lifecycle — from brand creation and market expansion to operational restructuring, financial strategy, and successful exits. His experience gives him a rare, practical understanding of what truly drives business value, how to determine readiness and positioning of companies for the right buyer at the right time.
Throughout his career, Randy has led companies in equipment rental, limestone and aggregate manufacturing, real estate, and the electric utilities/telecom space, giving him a broad and nuanced perspective on business operations and investment strategy. His leadership roles — including that of CEO, COO and CFO roles, mostly while being an owner — have placed him at the center of complex negotiations, capital decisions, and organizational transitions.
