Look around at all of the construction -- warehouses, subdivisions, retail, fast food, etc. They all have paved parking lots. Do you see pavement crumbling or potholes at your favorite store? They all need new asphalt - some patched, some replacement, and some re-paving. Minority, Woman or Veteran qualified buyers will benefit from significant upside revenue due to INDOT contracts requiring a minimum spend in these categories in most contracts. Paving would be a quick subcontract to achieve those levels.
